Royal Wedding Beauty Dupes

Happy Tuesday!

I hope you had a lovely long weekend if you had yesterday as a holiday. We have a glorious sunny day so we went to the driving range and then had a lovely lunch lakeside. Perfection!

I’m still basking in the beauty of Saturday’s Royal Wedding. Meghan’s look was so pretty and fresh.

Although Meghan’s makeup is likely Giorgio Armani, Nars, and Dior, you can recreate a fresh spring/summer glow like hers with the following Beautycounter essentials:

Dew Skin Moisturizing Coverage. Meghan’s makeup is beautifully sheer, allowing her freckles to show through. Dew Skin provides a sheer level of coverage, providing a similar look.

Apparently, Meghan’s favourite concealer is YSL Touche Éclat, but we’d love her to try Beautycounter’s Touchup Skin Concealer Pen. It brightens skin under the eyes for a beautiful summer glow.

Meghan’s strong yet natural brows frame her face beautifully. Beautycounter Color Define Brow Pencil can help you achieve a similar look.

Cream blush provides a subtle glow that is Duchess pretty. Hibiscus is a lovely pink hue.

The Color Outline Eye Pencil can be smudged into the top lash-line for a pretty daytime eye. Two coats of Volumizing Mascara will give you a full top lash.

For the lip, Bare Shimmer is a lovely pale pink gloss that is not shiny or sticky.

The key to Meghan’s look was subtlety. No contouring or highlighter streaks in sight! I’m glad she opted for a beautiful, natural look I can recreate.

Now, if only I had a tiara…

What did you think of her makeup?

Love to hear from you!
